Graffiti is a form of rebellious expression, a call for attention, a way to go against the powers that be, it’s an attitude based expression that disregards all rules.

Graffiti can be parked under Street Art which also fall under the umbrella of Public Art. I think street art is self explanatory, art on the streets where as graffiti has somewhat a ‘purpose’ which is to bomb shit up, get your names up there, taking back the power.
